Cochin is the centre of tourist attractions for the travelers. It is the second largest city after the capital of Kerla. Its new name is Kochi, popularly known as, ‘Queen of Arabian sea”. It is located in the state of Kerla, on the South west coast of India, emerges as a commercial hub of this thriving state and regarded as the Industrial capital of the state. |

Santa Cruz Basilica- The modern Structure has been built by the British in 1905 after the Demolition of old structure made by Portuguese. Fort Cochin Beach- This beach is the perfect location for morning or evening walk. Chinese nets has been used by the fishermen is the amazing feature of the beach. Jewish Synagogue and Dutch Palace- This is wonderful example of European architecture, built in 1568. It is the place where Giant Scrolls of Old Testament are stored here. Parikshit Thampuran Museum- This museum was centre of Royal ruler of the city and now transformed into museum, it has collection of medieval paintings and artifacts. There are some other major tourist attractions present in Cochin Tourism such as: The Bolghatty Palace, Hill Palace, Pallipuram Fort, Veega land and Willingdon Island. |
