Day 01 / Delhi - Agra ( By train dep. 0615 arr 0815 ) Agra - Jaipur (By Raod Approx 5 Hrs)

0515 Hrs.
Pick up from hotel & transfer to Railway Station to board the superfast air conditioned train to Agra.

0615 Hrs.
Shatabdi Exp. departs New Delhi. Breakfast in the train.

0810 Hrs.
Arrive Agra, Pick up from Railway Station. & transfer to hotel for the use of Rest Rooms etc. & introduction to the Guide.

0900 Hrs.
Visit the magnificent Tajmahal - one of the seven wonders of the world surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife.

1100 Hrs.
Visit the Agra fort – the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566.

1245 Hrs.
Transfer to a Five Star Hotel for buffet lunch.

1400 Hrs.
Drive to Fatehpur Sikri-a perfectly preserved red sandstone “ghost town" which was the estranged capital of mughal emperor Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed.

1630 Hrs
Drive to Jaipur -The fabled “pink city” of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur. This is the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe through the nine rectangular sectors subdividing it. The palaces and forts of the yesteryears, which were witnesses to the royal processions and splendours are now living monuments.

Arrive Jaipur & transfer to Hotel .Night stay in Jaipur.

Day 02/ Jaipur- Delhi ( By train dep 1745 arr 2230 )

08:00 Hrs.
Pick up from hotel & proceed for Amber Fort, is one that cannot be easily described. Ride up on Elephants to the former capital of the royals set against the backdrop of the wooded hills.

10:30 Hrs
Proceed for City Palace which is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. A part of palace has been converted into museum. It has an impressive collection of arts, carpets, enamelware and weapons, Later visit Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a façade, is encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world. Past, present and future merge at Jai Singh's Observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century.

13:30 Hrs.
Transfer to a Five Star Hotel for buffet lunch.

Free to explore the colorful pink city .

17:00 Hrs.
Transfer to Railway Station to board the train to Delhi.

Policy Regarding CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would be as follows:

120 days prior to arrival – 5% of the Tour + Actual service cost (like tickets etc.)
120 - 61 days prior to arrival – 10% of the Tour + Actual service cost
60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 25% of the Tour + Actual service cost
30 - 16 days prior to arrival – 40% of the Tour + Actual service cost
15 - 07 days prior to arrival - 60% of the tour + Actual service cost.
06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 75% of the tour + Actual service cost.
Less than 72hours or No Show – No Refund

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Royal Orient etc.) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Also there is a seperate cancellation policy for some hotels like oberoi hotels: Hotel The Oberoi New Delhi , Amar Vilas Agra , Raj Vilas Jaipur , Vanya Vilas Ranthambhore , Udaivilas Udaipur ,Trident hotels , Taj Hotels, Casino Group of Hotels, Hotel Imperial New Delhi as these hotels are charging for 1 night retention charges if cancelled or amended 30 days in advance & retention for entire stay in cancelled or amended 8 days in advance .

There are few hotels , who normally ask for non- refundable deposit at the time of booking for example - hotels in Goa during peak period, Bangaram Island Resort - Lakshdweep, hotels in Buddhist sector , Port Blair, Surya Samudra in Kovalam, Kabini River Lodge, Teekhi Magri in Rajasthan, Haveli Braj Bhushan Ji in Bundi Rajasthan , hotels in Hospet & Badami, hotels in Maldives etc. Therefore you are requested to please check with us regarding the refund policy for above mentioned hotels.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

In case of Special Trains Journeys and/or peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
